Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice.
Running Late for your Appointment
Punctuality is important in order to serve everyone better. If you are running late, please give us a call. If you are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, we ask that you reschedule in order to provide you with the best service and keep our other clients on time.
Children
Children receive special attention and are welcome as clients or as guests. We just ask that you do not leave them unattended at anytime.

Product Sales & Returns
We currently carry Redken, Aquage, Nailtiques, Sebastian, Paul Mitchell, Enjoy and Brazilian Blowout product lines. In the unlikely event that you’re not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from our salon, simply return it within 7 days and we’ll offer a full refund.
